Are the bags really quality checked?
Yes. Every suitcase is roll-tested and every zipper is cycled 20+ times before listing. Backpacks are checked for strap stitching, buckles and waterproof linings, and any item that fails inspection is never listed.
What does Grade A / Grade B mean?
Grade A — like new: no visible wear, all zippers and wheels fully functional. Grade B — light cosmetic wear (small scuffs or marks), fully functional. Grade is always stated honestly in the listing.
What is your warranty policy?
Luggage and bags include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (broken wheels, zippers, handles, seams). If a covered defect appears, we repair, replace or refund — no hidden conditions.
Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?
We ship to 90+ countries with tracked couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS). Typical delivery: 3–7 business days to the US/Europe, 5–12 business days to other regions. Your tracking number is provided after dispatch.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is $19.99 per order. Shipping is FREE for orders over $299. The exact cost is calculated at checkout.
How do I pay?
After placing an order, our team contacts you by email/WhatsApp to arrange payment via secure methods (card gateway, PayPal or bank transfer). This demo storefront does not process payments directly — connect a payment gateway such as Stripe or PayPal for production.
What if the item does not match the listing?
Return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, or contact us and we will make it right — replacement, repair or refund. Buyer protection always applies.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Sign in to your account and open “My Orders” to see the current status, or ask us on WhatsApp/Telegram with your order number.
